“The film is about cricket and a cricketer’s struggle with fame. So the film shows that this boy from small town who comes to Mumbai with a dream of becoming a cricketer. Anupam Kher is playing the role of his father. The simple reason behind why I choose Harman is because of his youthful personality. His character is similar to that of Dhoni.”

Pal says that from day one Harman was quite excited and enthusiastic about his role.

”When he came on the first day itself he was fully prepared with all the cricket stuff. Before the shooting of the film he had done a lot practice of playing cricket and as a cricket buff he was aware of all the cricket terminology so for him it was not so difficult. While shooting of the film Harman sometimes during shooting he was injured. There are some portions which are not yet finished and that will be finished soon,” informs Ajit.

“The film is made on huge canvas as we have included both national and international players like Mohinder Amarnath, Navjot Singh Sidhu, Nathan Astle, Brett Lee and others, they will serve as a motivating factor for this young boy – Harman Baweja. There are two IPL matches included as well which was very interesting. Further we have also shot some 4 test matches which happened during the India’s tour to Australia so we have also shot some scenes in Australia.”
