Sri Tirumala Tirupati Venkateswara Films, known for his successful stint with Hollywood dubbed films and some Bollywood ventures, is said to have bought the films – Chintakaya Ravi and Baladur, starring Venkatesh and Ravi Teja respectively – by shelling a whopping Rs. 40 crore for both, reliable sources said.
