Mega movie maker M S Raju is producing a new mega movie Maska with young hero Ram. B Gopal, who directed box office hits like Samarasimha Reddy and Indra, is the director the new film. Raju in the past produced sensational hits like Okkadu, Nuvvu Vastanatte Nenu Vaddatna and Varsham.
Maska, a romantic entertainer, is being produced under the banner of Sumanth Art Productions. The film had already completed 10 days of shooting. The next schedule of shooting of the film will be conducted uninterruptedly with effect from July 5. Raju, while narrating the subject of the film, has said this film has a variety subject. The title Maska fits perfectly with the subject. It will hold everyone, whether youth, family or mass, captive with romantic action thriller subject.
Desamuduru Hansika is playing the heroine role opposite to Ram. Efforts are on to select one more heroine. “Our banner is producing one more good subject film and we have good technical team to make it a colourful film,” he has said.
Apart from Ram and Hansika, Naresh, Sunil, Mukhesh Rishi, Pradeep Ravath, M S Narayana, Krishna Baghavan, Dharmavarapu Subrahmanyam and Paruchuri Venkateswara Rao are playing major roles in the film. Story is by Surya and dialogues by Paruchuri Brothers. Music is directed by Chakri and photography by Sekhar and V Joseph and editing by Kotagiri Venkataseswara Rao. Lyrics for the film are written by Sirivennela Seetharama Sastry. Fights are directed by Ram Lakshman. Screen play for the film is scripted by Raju, who is also producer of the film.
