Shahid Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan in Pocket Maar


The latest bollywood gossip suggests that Pocket Maar will be an Indian version of Charles Dickens’ Oliver Twist and with Amitabh Bachchan for the first time we will see Shahid Kapoor.



“He is a talented actor and now after the success of Jab We Met I thought that it will be pleasure working with such talented and youthful actor so I'm planning to take him as a second lead,” confirmed the director.

Speaking about the subject of the film, Chopra says “The film deals with different subject which has never done in Bollywood though it’s not at copy of the Charles Dickens. Amitji and I having a long association so he was in my mind for every film of mine. If everything goes as per our plan the shooting will start by the end of the year."

The director producer is currently busy with his next release – Lara Dutta and Govinda starrer Banda Yeh Bindass Hain.

"This film is a full on comedy. Salman Khan is making special appearance in this movie. The film might release by the end of the year."

And what about the much talked about Bhoothnath sequel?

"We are planning to make the sequel as Amitabh and Aman's acting was appreciated and we are working on the script. I also want that even this film should be directed by Vivek Sharma."
