Mallika has been known for her blatant behavior thus she has been in news for all the wrong reasons. But there is always the other side of the coin. Very few know that there’s very kind caring girl behind the façade. Apart from that, Mallika is a complete professional.

During the shoot of her forthcoming Ugly Aur Pagly people came to know this facet of her personality. A unit hand says, “Mallika was shooting with Ranvir on the sets of Ugly or Pagly . Ranvir was shooting even though he was completely down with fever. He was supposed to eat unit food. When Mallika came to know that Ranvir is down with fever and will be eating unit food, she asked her maid to make khichadi for him. And the diva arranged food for the very sick Ranvir.”

Interestingly there was a lot off buzz that Mallika and Ranvir don’t get along with each other. So what was Ranvir’s reaction when he came to know about it? “He was surprised and pleased to know this,” says the unit hand.

Well, Mallika has always come across as a sensuous, sexy and yet professional actress. Now we know that there’s a very caring girl behind her glamorous image.
