Ram Gopal Varma who made it big with his film Shiva on Vijayawada mafia war is expected to produce a Telugu film based on the life story Paritala Ravi and seema faction politics. A Telugu guy will make his debut as director with this film. Charitra is title under consideration for this film as per the unconfirmed sources.
