"Adavari Matalaku Ardhalu Verule" (AMAV), a long title taken from a popular Telugu film song of the 1960s, is a big summer release. "AMAV" has Venkatesh and Trisha in the lead and is said to be a woman-centric film. Trisha plays a woman for whom career is more important than family. It is Tamil director Selvaraghavan's launch film in Telugu, and has all his favourites — music by Yuvan Shankar Raja and camera by Aravind Krishna. For Selvaraghavan, it is a challenge, as none from the younger breed of Tamil directors has clicked in Tollywood. But Selva is confident that "AMAV" will be a hit as it has a topical story told in an entertaining way.
